Channel 4 Series Records Broken

The ability to select series records on C4 appears to disappear on all
programmes from Saturday onwards. Existing series records break from
Saturday too with only programme record or reminder options available.

Only C4 and C4+1 appear to be affected, others in the C4 stable, More4, E4
etc and other channels appear unaffected.

This is on a Humax HDR2000T but I feel it's likely to be at their end.

Anyone else seeing this before I drop them a line requesting a fix?

Yes I see the same using Tvheadend. The EIT is missing the series link URI.

Thanks for the feedback and the correct terminology, I've dropped them a
line via their contact-us page but if anyone has a hotline to C4 tech it
might be worth passing along a message as it is a fairly major failing.

Update:

As the autoresponse email suggested up to 7 days response time I called
them at opening time Friday. Very helpful response, email had been logged,
prioritised and passed to the Broadcast Team for action. Updates filtered
through the EPG during the day with final completion late Friday afternoon
or less than under 24hrs from notification. Good job from the C4 team.
