Yes who makes TVs branded as Cello?
They claim "All Cello TVs are manufactured in the United Kingdom at our
purpose built factory in Bishop Auckland."

<https://celloelectronics.com>

Seems like they're rebranded LG models, so exactly what "manufactured"
means may be up for debate?

They may use Chinese or S. Korean modules that are assembled at BA?

BA is where Decca used to make radios and tvs. The brand was sold to Tatung
in Korea who used to make most of their smaller radios and cassette systems
when Racal took over.

Wherever they are 'made', I have one, and I would not recommend it,
the angle of available viewing is very restricted.
My one experience of LG was not good, either, so this fits that
possibility.
I heard at one time that they were connected with the Ferguson brand,
but I have no idea if there is or was any truth in that.

Its probably a pass the parcel operation. a bit like Goodmans whose name has
been many other makers brand. Badge engineering.
I think LGs own current range is very good on viewing angles, but obviously
I have no direct experience.

I had a 32in Cello handed in for repair with a main board problem I couldnt fix. I contacted their head office who supplied a board at a reasonable price to save the tv. If I remember right it came within a couple of days.
